Bonjour, Suite à vos stories Instagram, vous m’avez donné envie de me lancer sur Amazon (particulier pour le moment pour voir comment cela fonctionne et peut être me lancer sur Amazon FBA par la suite). J’ai crée mon compte Amazon particulier fin mai mais depuis le 1er juin mon compte est désactivé et je n’ai plus de réponses d’Amazon (voir copie écran ci dessous). De plus, ils indiquent « qu’ils se réservent le droit de ne plus répondre ». Pouvez vous m’aider si vous avez déjà eu ces cas ou avez vous une adresse email Amazon à laquelle je peux écrire ? Donc à mon avis il y a eu un problème avec tes informations. - Tu habites dans quel pays ? - Tu es de quelle nationnalité ? - Tu n’as pas de société, ni même une auto-entreprise ? ---

Peut etre mais dans tous les cas tu es bloqué maintenant je pense. Tu as accès à ton seller central ou pas dutout ? ---

Si mais je préfère toujours éviter de supprimer sans comprendre le pourquoi du comment car on peut refaire la meme erreur du coup. ---

Bonjour, Non, il est souhaitable de ne pas supprimer, car Amazon garde toutes les informations et vous bloquera pour une réouverture. Je vous invite à appeler le service en ligne pour savoir quel document n’est pas valable. Il y a dans votre dossier une information qui n’est pas conforme. Cdt Benjamin Leplat ---
